About the role

- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience delivering and overseeing high-quality ABA therapy
- Ability to engage parents in their child’s therapy
- Knowledge of assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Benefits
- Earn a base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month)
