About the role

  • Create and publish content for Instagram and TikTok while managing the posting calendar and ensuring consistent communication. Support paid media execution (Meta Ads), influencer outreach, and performance analysis to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Create, produce, and publish content for social media (Instagram and TikTok)
  • Assist in developing content with viral potential (scripts, trends, formats)
  • Manage the posting calendar and ensure consistency of communication
  • Monitor social media growth (followers, reach, engagement)
  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns (Meta Ads), alongside leadership or external partners
  • Assist in structuring and optimizing the marketing funnel (acquisition, leads, and conversion)
  • Map and contact influencers and creators
  • Track deliverables and results from influencer campaigns
  • Monitor metrics and prepare performance reports (engagement, leads, sales, ROI)
  • Recommend continuous improvements based on data and market trends

Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital marketing or social media
  • Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok (platform mechanics, formats, and trends)
  • Experience in content creation (scripting, copywriting, post organization)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of paid traffic/ads (Meta Ads)
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and lead generation
  • Organized, proactive profile with an ownership mindset
  • Analytical mindset to monitor metrics and results
