About the role
- Backoffice Analyst in energy management supporting customer migrations and contract management in a sustainable energy firm. Involved in audit and automation processes for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute the entire migration process for retail customers to the Free Market (Mercado Livre) of energy;
- Manage billing for wholesale and retail customers and oversee contract management (SAZO, FLEX, financial guarantees, analysis of percentage of load served, losses and Proinfa);
- Monitor the preparation of monthly economic reports for customers in the portfolio, comparing the Regulated Market (Cativo) versus the Free Market (Livre);
- Provide support for customer inquiries related to tax matters, including ICMS collection and DEVEC;
- Assist in automating departmental processes to optimize workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks;
- Record, adjust and validate customer operations in the CliqCCEE system for wholesale and retail clients; operate and use CCEE systems, including DRI, SIGA, CCEE API, SCDE and others;
- Perform analysis of energy backing and discounts, prepare consolidated energy balance sheets and monitor the settlement of charges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in the electric/energy sector;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
