Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, answer and route phone calls, and handle correspondence;
  • Manage meeting room scheduling and provide support for meetings;
  • Support administrative and facilities-related requests;
  • Provide bilingual (Portuguese and English) in-person, telephone, and email support;
  • Keep the reception area organized and aligned with the company's image.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required (college/university degree preferred);
  • Fluent or advanced English;
  • Previous experience in reception or corporate customer service;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills;
  • Experience in the field.
