About the role
- Bilingual Content Analyst at Bernoulli responsible for educational reporting and support. Evaluating materials and assisting in pedagogical solutions for bilingual education.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct responses to all reports received from pedagogical consultants and bilingual pedagogical consultants, related to feedback from teachers at partner schools across different segments.
- Present and monitor performance indicators regarding the timely delivery of these reports. Evaluate, together with the content coordination team, the relevance of comments, complaints, and/or suggestions for improvement of the instructional collections.
- Support the organization, monitoring, and management of pedagogical trainings and workshops for all in-person and online events, including Project 360, Insights, and Conexão.
- Support communications and follow-ups between pedagogical consultants, coordinators, and Customer Experience management regarding the content of bilingual and English-language solutions across all segments.
- Perform linguistic review of internal productions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Literature, or a related field
- Specialization in topics related to Bilingual Education preferred
- Required experience in the classroom as a teacher or coordinator, or experience within a school system and/or in the editorial production of bilingual instructional materials.
