Responsibilities
Create strategic videos for each stage of the funnel (attraction, consideration and conversion);
Plan, shoot and edit content for social media and campaigns;
Produce product videos and case studies that highlight value and differentiators;
Work closely with Growth to generate leads (MQLs) through video;
Analyze performance and optimize videos (especially the first few seconds);
Repurpose long-form content into dynamic cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts;
Ensure visual standards and brand consistency;
Use AI to scale and increase productivity in the editing process.
Requirements
Experience in audiovisual production within marketing teams or production companies
Proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (intermediate motion design is essential)
Knowledge of capture and set-up (camera, audio and lighting)
Understanding of the sales funnel and conversion-oriented content
Familiarity with AI tools in the editing workflow.
