Sales Enablement Content Specialist developing and maintaining content to support CAPTRUST's sales teams. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance materials and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and organize content across sales materials, presentations, internal guides, and client-facing documents
Support senior content strategists with overflow content development, revisions, and updates
Ensure all content reflects brand voice, complies with regulatory standards, and aligns with internal messaging frameworks
Maintain an up-to-date content library
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, understand content needs, and fulfill requests efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
5-7 years of experience in content development within the RIA, wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory industry
Demonstrated understanding of key concepts in wealth management, investment advisory services, financial planning, and compliance considerations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience with Seismic is a plus
