Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients via telemedicine throughout California using evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, ACT, Bereavement/Grief Counseling, etc.)
Implement treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings and engage patients in their treatment plans
Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents in a timely manner
Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements
Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on safety plans
Participate in regular case planning with multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate patient disposition
Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education, demonstrating competency through testing and observation
Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (California)
Clinician must be active or willing to obtain a California License
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
