Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Perform tasks related to handling insurance claims for our policyholders within defined responsibilities and processes
Receive and review claims notifications received by mail and enter them into the system
Analyze and explain settlement statements to clients by email or phone
Contact veterinarians to complete claim files
Conduct various correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or phone
Handle other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
Strong computer skills
Fluent German – spoken and written (German/Swiss German native-level required)
Good command of French
Accuracy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit
