About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Perform tasks related to handling insurance claims for our policyholders within defined responsibilities and processes
  • Receive and review claims notifications received by mail and enter them into the system
  • Analyze and explain settlement statements to clients by email or phone
  • Contact veterinarians to complete claim files
  • Conduct various correspondence in German and French by mail, email, or phone
  • Handle other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluent German – spoken and written (German/Swiss German native-level required)
  • Good command of French
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit
