About the role
- Accountant responsible for timely and accurate recording of all business transactions. Supporting management with financial reporting and compliance in a hybrid role in Bad Kissingen.
Responsibilities
- Korrekte und zeitgerechte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle im Hauptbuch
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung der Hauptbuchkonten und Überprüfung der Richtigkeit der Buchungen
- Vorbereitung der Probebilanz/Saldobilanz zur Sicherstellung des Ausgleichs von Soll und Haben
- Durchführung von Abstimmungen, Rückstellungen und periodengerechten Abgrenzungen bei Jahresabschlussbuchungen
- Einhaltung aller steuerlichen Vorgaben (lokal und international)
- Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Leistungskennzahlen zur Unterstützung des Managements
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Finanzämtern und weiteren Behörden
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen, Erläuterungen und Abstimmungen für interne und externe Prüfungen
- Verwaltung der Sachanlagen inkl. Aktivierung, Abschreibung und Ausbuchung
- Überwachung der Zahlungsfähigkeit und Erstellung von Liquiditätsprognosen
- Erfassung und Kontrolle abrechnungsrelevanter Daten sowie Abrechnungserstellung für Vertragspartner
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Accounting, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen nach HGB
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Freude daran, sich in digitale Arbeitsprozesse einzuarbeiten und diese aktiv mitzugestalten
