About the role

  • Assist with installations, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Prepare, implement, and maintain quality documentation
  • Monitor, triage, assign and follow-up on internal and external work requests or inquiries within corporate turn around time
  • Review release notes, develop test plans and carry out test cases
  • Develop and maintain operational processes (reference material)
  • Ensure all reference material is accurate and complete and available in both French and English
  • Participate in client meetings and document activities, progress, decisions by producing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Validate data integrity using the different tools available
  • Perform data entry as needed
  • Serve as a primary contact for escalations

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or computer science or related field of equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel and Office Suite
  • Bilingualism (English & French) is a necessary requirement for this position
