About the role

  • Lead the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting of a comprehensive baseline study
  • Generate data on WPS integration in local development plans and PPAs
  • Analyze findings and produce a Baseline Report with key results, gaps, and practical recommendations
  • Provide technical guidance and actionable recommendations for project strategy and programming
  • Uphold and promote RI’s commitment to safeguarding and the protection of vulnerable communities
  • Work directly with the Project Manager and MEAL Coordinator to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or preferably master's degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, Gender Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading baseline, midline, or endline assessments for development or peacebuilding programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in gender-sensitive research, conflict analysis, and participatory methodologies
  • Familiarity with the NAPWPS and local governance structures in the Philippines
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality analytical reports
  • Strong coordination and facilitation skills with multi-stakeholder groups
  • Willingness to travel to project areas
