Responsibilities
Sell energy contracts to prospects based on qualified leads (primarily outbound calls)
Retain customers who are about to leave
Maintain a high conversion rate
Incorporate informative and advisory elements into the sales pitch to build trust with our future customers (energy transition issues, energy-saving best practices, etc.)
Requirements
You have prior experience in telephone sales
You are proficient with common IT tools (Google Workspace and ideally Notion and Slack)
You are motivated by challenges and have a commercial/sales mindset
You are resilient and do not get discouraged by refusals
You have strong listening and negotiation skills and are persuasive
You manage stress and your emotions well
You are organized and detail-oriented
Bonus: you have an interest in the energy sector and, more broadly, the topics of the ecological transition
