About the role

  • Develop and execute localised B2B marketing strategies for China, aligned with global objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management to generate qualified leads and identify opportunities for impactful customer stories.
  • Plan and manage regional marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Participate in the adaptation of global marketing content and develop region-specific materials to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Analyse campaign performance data across Chinese channels to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the Chinese landscape (e.g., regional social media, search engines).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and potentially remote teams.
  • Experience in analysing marketing data to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
