About the role

  • Analyse solution designs, perform technical assessments, deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
  • Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies to strengthen security
  • Develop dynamic Power BI compliance dashboards and design KQL queries
  • Collaborate with Azure stakeholders to boost platform efficiency
  • Work with the Resiliency Team to design, implement and test disaster recovery strategies
  • Contribute to shaping the FCA’s Azure estate

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Azure Cloud Engineering with strong expertise in cloud-native services
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure environments
  • Skilled in utilising automation and governance tools such as Terraform, GitHub
  • Experience in Azure IAM, including Conditional Access Policies and SAML SSO
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with tools such as Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates
  • Strong understanding of Azure Policies and Landing Zone Architecture
