Responsibilities
Conduct in-person visits to promote CareCredit benefits to healthcare providers
Drive product adoption and engagement for high-value healthcare providers
Build strong working relationships to grow sales within the assigned territory
Manage book of business to meet/exceed revenue and application goals
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and enroll providers
Develop long term client relationships and assist in growth opportunities
Engage with office staff and doctors to implement action plans for CareCredit usage
Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory
Maintain knowledge of Synchrony/Health & Wellness products and compliance requirements
Meet/exceed performance measurements and KPI expectations
Assist with commercialization of provider Point of Sale (POS) initiatives
Requirements
Bilingual in English & Spanish
A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 50% overnight travel
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
Skilled in virtual engagement, data-driven selling - supported by CRM insights
Business travel & expense budgeting knowledge
