About the role

  • Marketing professional leading strategies for cardholder engagement and lifecycle marketing at Synchrony. Overseeing campaign execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive activation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of Lifecycle efforts including Incentives, Benefit Reinforcement, and Retention
  • Lead marketing campaign strategy, design and execution
  • Deepen partnership with emerging SYF and Vendor technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 9+ years of Digital and Lifecycle Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in digital platform management and/or marketing
  • 3+ years of analytics experience with competencies in analytic tools
