About the role

  • Articulate and ensure the Synchrony brand strategically aligned and integrated across all products
  • Review, advise, and/or create on-brand materials for a variety of projects
  • Support ad-hoc requests for key teams
  • Draft creative briefs and project charters
  • Collaborate across Brand, CE teams, and other functions
  • Be a proactive student of the Synchrony brand and the sector
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred, or a high school diploma and 5 years of work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing function, creative services, or brand strategy agency preferred
  • Brand management experience preferred
  • Requires creativity and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, proofreading, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to travel up to 15% per year
