About the role

  • Analyze, design, and develop automation (RPA) solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, NICE, ABBYY
  • Provide business and technical support to customers and maintain RPA solutions
  • Work on projects using connected technologies (machine learning, chatbots, content intelligence)
  • Meet with clients and work alongside them digitally and in person (UK clients, mostly Newcastle upon Tyne or Telford)
  • Work on projects for big international companies across various industries and help automate repetitive tasks
  • Translate between business and IT, map and improve business processes
  • Work independently in a virtual, globally distributed team and collaborate with international team members
  • Contribute knowledge, learn new technologies, and apply a creative, solutions-oriented mindset

Requirements

  • Candidates should be eligible for UK Security Clearance (must have been UK resident for at least five years, limited travel outside the country, BPSS, full security questionnaire, criminal/credit/Security Service checks, work history review)
  • Communication and networking skills with English at a high level as the working language
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' experience working with process automation software (UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
  • IT RPA development certification OR IT qualified with 2+ years of RPA experience and training in RPA Development
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or JavaScript and understanding of object-oriented programming
  • Development knowledge in RPA, C#, .NET, Java or Python
  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows or Linux environment
  • Experience in mapping and improving business processes or working methods
  • Been part of an Agile team
  • Experience in customer-facing positions
  • Ability to think logically and analytically with a sharp eye for detail
  • Legal authorization to work in United Kingdom (question asked in application)
