Responsibilities
- Design and deliver IT/OT solutions that meet business needs and quality standards
- Implement and integrate IT/OT systems across multiple manufacturing sites
- Ensure solutions comply with GxP, security, and scalability requirements
- Provide operational support for global IT/OT solutions at manufacturing locations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
- Execute projects within defined lifecycle, budget, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering global automation solutions in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies and platforms such as SCADA, Historian, and MES
- Familiarity with industry communication standards and protocols like OPC and MQTT
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and process workflows
- Experience working in regulated environments with GxP compliance
- Ability to leverage digital technologies and big data for process optimization
- Experience with advanced analytics or machine learning applications in manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and integration of IT/OT systems (desirable)
