About the role

  • Handle a diverse range of labor & employment litigation matters, including civil litigation involving cutting-edge topics.
  • Manage all stages of litigation: draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and engage in discovery.
  • Provide direct client interaction and representation for sophisticated clients on complex matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial, team-oriented environment in the Atlanta, GA office (hybrid workplace).

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in labor and employment litigation required.
  • Demonstrated experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in Georgia.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
