Responsibilities
Support in the deployment and extension of new Jira solutions for enterprise clients
Continuous functional and technical enhancement of existing customer solutions and knowledge transfer of the methods developed
Technical and functional assessments as well as the development of conceptual designs
Participation in managing the further development of customer-specific products
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
Project experience is an advantage
Affinity for web technologies, the social web, and collaborative communication and working principles
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Friendly and confident demeanor when dealing with customers
Ability to deliver projects on schedule
Experience with Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products, or comparable software, is an advantage
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is an advantage
