About the role

Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the Benner solution remotely or on-site;
- Train system users;
- Provide ad-hoc support via phone, email and support platforms/systems;
- Support project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience with sales, administrative, accounting, tax, finance, billing or inventory routines;
- Experience supporting healthcare management systems, or implementing/configuring systems;
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA is desirable;
- Proactive and delivery-focused.
