About the role

  • Perform business analysis: Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market choices
  • Lead breakthrough commercial innovation: Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand’s proposition and superiority in the marketplace
  • Support business health: manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team
  • Enable strategic plan execution: Help execute initiatives tied to three-year consumer-led growth plan in conjunction with Brand Manager/Associate Director that helps deliver the BU’s NCS, profit, and margin targets
  • Contribute to a positive team culture: support a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in professional environment
  • at least one year of CPG brand management or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or Masters a plus
