Perform business analysis: Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market choices
Lead breakthrough commercial innovation: Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand’s proposition and superiority in the marketplace
Support business health: manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team
Enable strategic plan execution: Help execute initiatives tied to three-year consumer-led growth plan in conjunction with Brand Manager/Associate Director that helps deliver the BU’s NCS, profit, and margin targets

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years work experience in professional environment
at least one year of CPG brand management or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
MBA or Masters a plus
