Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, or Enrolled Agent
5-8 years of progressive experience in a client-facing role at an accounting or professional services firm.
Direct experience with tax compliance, bookkeeping, and payroll services is required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing other leaders (manager-level direct reports).
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams and mentor other leaders.
Demonstrated success in building a positive and high-performing organizational culture.
