About the role
- Support the development of and drive the execution of a comprehensive strategic vision for the Service Delivery organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Managers, empowering them to lead their respective teams.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality advisory, tax, payroll & bookkeeping services.
- Provide strategic guidance on business planning, optimization, and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess departmental performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, or Enrolled Agent
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in a client-facing role at an accounting or professional services firm.
- Direct experience with tax compliance, bookkeeping, and payroll services is required.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing other leaders (manager-level direct reports).
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop large teams and mentor other leaders.
- Demonstrated success in building a positive and high-performing organizational culture.
