Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of the Training Unit, you will support property management specialists during the deployment of their new business software.
Training management: conducting the functional analysis, configuring business requirements in the application, delivering training on tool usage (remote or on-site), producing product documentation and providing user support.
Client relationship management: leading meetings and following up with clients at each stage of the project lifecycle (initiation, onboarding, etc.).
Requirements
Higher education (BTS) in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management.
Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a property accountant in the property management (syndic) sector.
Interest in IT processes, instructional training and knowledge sharing.
