As Associate Director Business Partner Customer to Invoice, you’ll be the driving force behind global technology roadmaps, process innovation, and transformation programs that directly impact business continuity and operational excellence.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll champion automation, standardization, and governance while ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact solutions.
Lead Change Advisory Boards for Customer-to-Invoice (C2I) processes to drive transformation and governance.
Support global product owners in establishing governance and streamlining end-to-end C2I processes.
Conduct regional risk assessments and ensure visibility of IT initiatives across all regions.
Develop and maintain global technology roadmaps, managing lifecycle and upgrades of tools and applications.
Co-own delivery of transformation programs enabled by technology, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Manage stakeholder relationships and align activities across functions and regions.
Ensure operational stability while driving continuous improvement through automation and simplification.
Oversee demand management, service reviews, escalations, and timely delivery of enhancements.
Collaborate across IT and business teams to control dependencies and support CORE design processes.
Act as escalation point, promoting alignment and resolution of issues and risks across stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in Customer-to-Invoice processes including billing, pricing, and contract management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with end-to-end S/4HANA implementation in a global organization.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale global solutions in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience applying both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business language.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of proactivity and ability to work independently.
Leadership and people management skills.
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
