About the role
- Associate Data Analyst implementing and testing enterprise software solutions. Translating business requirements into program designs for CRC Group, a specialty wholesale insurance firm.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction translating business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions
- Ensure successful deployment of released applications
- Work with teammates to solve problems and engineer innovative software solutions
- Support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for large, complex, cross-functional application initiatives
- Provide insight to testing teams to ensure appropriate depth of test coverage
- Communicate changes in software architecture and resolve escalated issues
- Learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
- Three to five years of experience in software development or a related field
- Must have strong experience in Microsoft Excel
- Three to five years of experience in database technologies
- Three to five years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)
- Language Fluency: English (Required)
