Requirements
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, with proven strength in two or more of the following highly desirable areas: crisis and issues management, corporate reputation, purpose and sustainability, public affairs, employee engagement, health, or financial communications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — active listening, cultural fluency, and the ability to ‘read the room’ with clients, creators, and colleagues.
Confidence in corporate communications with excellent strategic ability.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and engage the right internal and external specialists for campaign needs.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and channels while maintaining high-quality delivery.
