About the role

  • Provide strategic counsel to senior clients and manage major accounts.
  • Lead and grow senior client relationships across Edelman’s corporate spheres.
  • Deliver high-quality, insight-driven campaigns on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of relevant experience in communications marketing and/or related fields, with proven strength in two or more of the following highly desirable areas: crisis and issues management, corporate reputation, purpose and sustainability, public affairs, employee engagement, health, or financial communications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — active listening, cultural fluency, and the ability to ‘read the room’ with clients, creators, and colleagues.
  • Confidence in corporate communications with excellent strategic ability.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and engage the right internal and external specialists for campaign needs.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and channels while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Experienced people leader committed to developing and growing teams.
  • Expertise leading and growing large/global integrated clients.
  • Strong consultancy skills, including budget management and new business.
  • Forward-thinking and adaptable, with a passion for building trusted client relationships.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to continuous professional growth.
