About the role

  • Draft and finalize corporate agreements and other documents for complex clinical relationships with BJC and other entities
  • Analyze clinical transactions and advise the medical school’s leadership on compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Provide legal support and advice on corporate structures, prepare corporate documents, employment agreements, and other operating agreements
  • Serve as the primary legal contact for the WashU Medicine managed care contracting team
  • Collaborate with BJC legal counsel on joint clinical enterprise legal issues

Requirements

  • J.D. - Juris Doctor
  • Missouri Bar Association certification
  • Progressively Responsible Law Practice (7 Years)
  • Skills: Healthcare Law, Medical Law, Medical Regulations
