About the role

  • Work with a designated Project Manager to ensure that activities are delivered on time
  • Attend and assist in external customer meetings
  • Utilise internal management systems to reflect forecast & planning
  • Support in the preparation of customer service & billing documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism throughout
  • Overview of the project team’s time, ensuring it has been accurately recorded to match the task
  • Opportunity to support in implementation of new internal systems
  • Assist in management of post implementation customer life-cycle

Requirements

  • Some experience supporting individuals or teams
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, MS Teams & Office is a bonus
  • Previous experience supporting or delivering software/ERP projects is not an essential requirement
