Responsibilities
Work as part of a team with Project Managers to provide support and assistance with all duties related to project delivery
Support the production of project documentation such as Task Specific Worksheets, Project Execution Plans and Project Quality Plans
Monitor and control tasks to ensure that they are delivered to budget and schedule
With support from the Project Manager, manage your own portfolio of tasks and small projects
With support from the Project Manager, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document meeting minutes
Support the Project Team with the production of Project Risk Registers by identifying and managing risks
Contribute along with the Cost Engineer in the production of robust financial and task reporting
Proactively interact and collaborate with members of the Programme Management Office
Support the timely preparation of internal and external project reports
Work in a safe and sustainable manner, adhering to the highest professionals standards and ‘doing the right thing’
Support growth initiatives into related business opportunities
Requirements
Working towards membership of a professional institution is desirable (APM)
APM PFQ or equivalent
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of Budgeting and Cost Control
Quality management
Fluent in Microsoft Office
