- Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information.
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
- Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
