About the role
- Business Analyst type work: gather requirements, create JIRA stories, and assign tickets to Salesforce developers
- Interact with stakeholders and answer questions about data being pulled
- Salesforce/technical responsibilities: work with Salesforce APIs and Bulk API
- Daily responsibility to move data from back-end data sources into Salesforce using ETL tools
- Support migration from DB Amp (SQL Server to Salesforce) to AWS AppFlow
- Collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure accurate data integration and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with JIRA and ability to create user stories
- Experience in requirements gathering and assigning tickets to developers
- Experience interacting with stakeholders and answering data-related questions
- Salesforce API familiarity
- Understanding of Salesforce Bulk API
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model
- SQL Server experience
- ETL experience, including moving data from back-end sources into Salesforce
- Experience with DB Amp or familiarity with AWS AppFlow migration (desirable)
