About the role
- Providing legal support and contract management for Syncfusion. 30-hours/week with a flexible hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of legal support to counsel(s) and business managers.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, legal letters, and customer compliance concerns.
- Review reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously analyze and monitor data quality and integrity.
- Assist with projects relating to contract law, IP licensing law, and open to assist on other projects where needed.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and nondisclosure agreements.
- Conduct legal research to support contract interpretation, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract files and databases, including tracking key contract milestones and deadlines.

- Specialized Skills, Certificates, Licenses: Bar Certification, in any state
