About the role

  • Responsible for day-to-day accounting processes and monthly reporting for commercial, industrial and retail property portfolios
  • Regular communication with accounts team, property managers, tenants and clients to ensure accurate and timely accounting records
  • Lead Accounts Administrators and support Client Accountants to meet internal and client KPIs
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT and IPD reporting
  • Cash management of client funds and transferring rental income to clients in line with client requirements
  • Management of lease information
  • Client and tenant query resolution
  • Updating control spreadsheets and managing central inboxes
  • Any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the accounting department

Requirements

  • Proactive, practical, and positive approach to work
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Studying ACCA or AAT level 4 preferred
  • Maths & English G.C.S.E 9-4/A-C
  • Good numeracy & problem solving skills
  • IT & software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
