Responsibilities
Independently manage one of our real estate portfolios in the asset classes Senior Living, Health Care, Mobility, or Residential
Identify value-creation potentials and take responsibility for their implementation
Develop property strategies through a holistic assessment of the assets, including ESG criteria
Contribute to the diversification of our portfolios by participating in transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
Serve as a valuable sparring partner for internal and external teams (fund management, acquisition/investment, property management, etc.) and act as a central interface
Commission, manage, and optimize property managers and other service providers
Requirements
Degree in business, real estate, or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in asset, investment, or property management
Confident and professional manner
Strong knowledge of real estate management, commercial tenancy law, and property law
Analytical and structured working style; willingness to travel
Strong negotiation skills, resilience, assertiveness, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in English
