About the role

  • Maintain and expand existing and prospective customer relationships within the assigned sales territory
  • Provide technical and commercial advice to customers (on-site and/or remotely)
  • Prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer training sessions

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Proven professional experience in selling capital goods and customer-specific solutions
  • Strong technical competence
  • Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and understanding of customer needs
  • Negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals
  • Willingness to travel frequently
