Manages and supervises all purchasing, fleet, and travel operations and staff in Asia North area.
Purchasing: Manages day-to-day purchasing operations including coordinating and overseeing all purchase requisitions, major purchases, negotiating contracts, and interfacing with vendors and requesters.
Fleet: Manages and oversees all Fleet Services in the geographical area including fleet planning, vehicle procurement, certifying drivers, maintenance, repairs, and selling vehicles.
Travel: Manages booking and arrangements of all Corporate, General Authority, and Missionary travel; primary resource for booking tickets, fares, tariffs, routings and for securing passports and visas for all travelers.
Requirements
Hold valid temple-recommend
B.A degree in Business related field
6-10 years of experience in related field and minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Understands purchasing, fleet, and travel process, and local market and trends
Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Excellent negotiation and coordination skills including verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
Ability to travel as required
English speaking ability (TOEIC score 850 or higher Preferred)
