About the role

  • Manages and supervises all purchasing, fleet, and travel operations and staff in Asia North area.
  • Purchasing: Manages day-to-day purchasing operations including coordinating and overseeing all purchase requisitions, major purchases, negotiating contracts, and interfacing with vendors and requesters.
  • Fleet: Manages and oversees all Fleet Services in the geographical area including fleet planning, vehicle procurement, certifying drivers, maintenance, repairs, and selling vehicles.
  • Travel: Manages booking and arrangements of all Corporate, General Authority, and Missionary travel; primary resource for booking tickets, fares, tariffs, routings and for securing passports and visas for all travelers.

Requirements

  • Hold valid temple-recommend
  • B.A degree in Business related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in related field and minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Understands purchasing, fleet, and travel process, and local market and trends
  • Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills including verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • English speaking ability (TOEIC score 850 or higher Preferred)
