About the role

  • Manage key field relationships with our provider partners and their teams to drive adoption, retention, and consistent origination performance
  • Collaborate with corporate partners and field reps to ensure alignment, share best practices, and support joint goals
  • Monitor territory performance closely; spot trends early, identify gaps, and proactively support underperforming offices
  • Identify and close new opportunities through partner referrals or proactive outreach
  • Support provider offices to operate effectively and serve as a trusted advisor on HFD products
  • Deliver strong presentations that communicate the value of our program to clinical and business stakeholders
  • Qualify partnerships and set up practices for success
  • Understand provider workflows and technology; navigate integrations and system configurations to support adoption
  • Own the onboarding process and ensure new offices are fully trained and originating quickly
  • Be the voice of the field by gathering feedback for product development, pricing strategies, and internal improvements
  • Provide weekly updates with key outcomes, progress toward goals, and plans for improvement
  • Based in Houston, TX with travel required throughout the state

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
  • Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
  • Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
  • Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
  • A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution
