- Area Manager responsible for managing and optimizing retail operations for ONLY Stores in Austria. Leading and developing team while ensuring business objectives and customer focus are met.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the ONLY stores in your area and report to the Retail Manager
- Lead and develop your store managers
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising and Brand Management
- Responsible for all personnel in your area
- Ensure optimal organization of your stores
- Implement company guidelines and ensure compliance with our routines
- Personnel development, conducting training and workshops
- Ensure staff scheduling that reflects customer traffic
- Lead by example in service and customer orientation
- Actively sell on the sales floor
- Lead and carry out inventory counts
- Plan promotions and activities for your area
Requirements
- Professional experience as an Area Manager
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Successfully completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong numerical skills and commercial mindset
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Driving license (car) is mandatory
