About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Coins.ph’s mobile app (iOS and Android), from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
- Define and execute a product roadmap focused on improving conversion rate, user activation, retention, and transaction success.
- Lead app updates and releases, ensuring smooth deployment, feature adoption, and bug resolution.
- Analyze app funnel data and KPIs to identify pain points and prioritize impactful product improvements.
- Drive A/B testing and experiments to optimize onboarding, KYC flows, payment flows, and key transactions.
- Translate user insights, competitive research, and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while balancing usability and innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product release management experience
- Strong analytical skills; experience with data-driven product decisions, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, or crypto products (highly preferred)
- Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
