Responsibilities
Lead in-house product development process in close collaboration with R&D and Purchasing teams, ensuring product readiness.
Monitor product development timelines and status updates, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are well-informed.
Take full ownership of the in-house product development process, acting as the primary point of contact.
Serve as the internal expert on apparel—particularly embroidery—providing insights, guidance, and recommendations for both in-house and outsourced product development.
Stay informed about market and industry trends in embroidery technique and integrate relevant innovations into product development.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and proposing process optimizations that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively adapt to changing priorities and evolving business and market needs.
Balance operational coordination with a strategic mindset—seeking opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive tasks to focus on higher-value activities.
Requirements
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple product statuses and deadlines simultaneously.
