Responsibilities
Delivering impactful data, analytics, and insight capabilities that support the commercial performance and strategic goals of the Homes business.
Implementing and maintaining robust data management, controls, and governance, ensuring effective oversight to minimise risk and maintain compliance with Group standards.
Championing change and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our data, analytics, tooling, and ways of working.
Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand key objectives and deliver meaningful, aligned outcomes.
Requirements
A strong drive for continuous improvement and transformation, backed by proven experience in developing solutions using a broad range of analytical tools.
Strong coding skills, particularly in SQL, Python, and Power BI—with experience in GCP native tools considered highly desirable (but not essential).
A passion for developing future-focused skills across the team, actively supporting cross-team learning and collaboration.
A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and inspires others to embrace transformation.
An effective communicator who can craft compelling narratives for senior leaders, influence decision-making, and collaborate confidently with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Familiarity with Agile principles and experience using Jira to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency is desirable.
Experience in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis is a plus, though not essential.
