About the role

  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainable finance topics
  • Analyze interactions between public and private actors in sustainable finance
  • Co-author and contribute to research reports, briefs, and blogs
  • Develop curriculum for capacity development programs
  • Support capacity building programs delivery
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
  • Engage with clients and policymakers to provide advice on research findings
  • Represent CPI/CSF at events and conferences

Requirements

  • Post Graduate degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering/Management/CFA
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years post-qualification experience
  • Professional experience in financial services, management consulting/advisory/research, international non-profit, government, and/or multi-lateral institution
  • Strong analytical mind with sound financial judgment
  • Flexibility and professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
