About the role
- Analista de Sistemas Protheus Sr. managing ERP Protheus focusing on WMS, PCP, and MRP modules. Engaging in analysis, support, and improving system functionality.
Responsibilities
- Atuar na sustentação e evolução do ERP Protheus, com foco nos módulos de Materiais (WMS, PCP e MRP);
- Levantar requisitos e realizar análise funcional junto às áreas usuárias.
- Desenvolver, parametrizar e aplicar melhorias no sistema.
- Acompanhar e executar testes, homologações e implantações de melhorias ou novos processos.
- Suporte de 2º e 3º nível aos usuários do sistema e ao time de TI Interno.
- Documentar processos e customizações.
- Identificar falhas, executar scripts de sistemas ou banco de dados para correção de problemas pontuais.
- Atuar junto à TOTVS na abertura e acompanhamento de chamados de suporte, bem como com a Consultoria.
Requirements
- Superior completo em cursos da área de TI e áreas afins.
- Experiência com ERP TOTVS Protheus (versões mais recentes).
- Domínio nos módulos WMS (Gestão de Armazém), PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção) e MRP (Planejamento de Recursos de Materiais).
- Conhecimento em ADVPL, SQL.
- Experiência com análise de requisitos e desenho de soluções técnicas e funcionais.
- Vivência com customizações, parametrizações e atualizações do Protheus.
- Diferencial: Conhecimentos em integração com coletores de dados.
