- Operations Analyst supporting logistics activities for Shopee while working within a diverse team. Collaborating on performance indicators and operational planning for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Responsável por suportar a equipe no planejamento e controles da execução das atividades operacionais logísticas de acordo com as diretrizes estabelecidas
- Auxiliar o supervisor das operações logísticas e os respectivos líderes nas rotinas administrativas da operação;
- Realizar pequenas análises e realizar o fechamento de indicadores de processos, a partir dos bancos de dados disponíveis;
- Acompanhar indicadores operacionais, propondo planos de ação, quando necessário;
- Auxiliar o supervisor e os líderes em rotinas de reuniões com a operação;
- Acompanhar a execução de testes operacionais;
- Acompanhar o desenvolvimento, implementação e controle de projetos, visando garantir a melhoria contínua dos processos e o aumento de produtividade operacional.
Requirements
- Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Logística Administração ou áreas correlatas
- Google Sheets Intermediário Power BI, Excel e SQL. Python como diferencial;
- Desejável experiência em logística, gestão de indicadores.
