Responsibilities
Lead the collective performance of your Team in support of the manufacturing site’s overall performance objectives.
Develop your Team, Peers, and other Leaders in the organization to answer business needs.
Effectively lead multi-functional and complementary teams in maintenance, reliability, quality, and progress to meet annual performance goals.
Monitor the short and long-term personnel needs of the facility to ensure succession needs are met and employees are afforded opportunities for development and career growth.

Requirements
BS degree in a technical field preferred.
Master's degree in business preferred.
8+ years of overall experience, preferred in a process centered manufacturing environment as well as 5+ years of growing management/leadership responsibility or applicable military experiences.
Strong history of successfully managing large teams or units.
Outstanding Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate throughout all levels of the company.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals using organization change principles.
Geographically mobile to most Michelin US sites and open to future international assignments.
