Responsibilities
Atuar nos processos referentes aos planos de benefícios oferecidos pela empresa, como assistência médica, odontológica, vale-refeição, vale alimentação, transporte, previdência privada, entre outros.
Manter o controle e acompanhamento dos contratos com fornecedores de benefícios, garantindo que as condições sejam favoráveis à empresa e aos colaboradores.
Realizar cálculos relacionados aos benefícios, como valores de descontos, contribuição e compensações.
Oferecer suporte ao departamento de Recursos Humanos em relação à comunicação e implementação de novos benefícios, além de auxiliar na resolução de problemas de colaboradores relacionados a benefícios.
Prestar informações e orientações sobre os benefícios disponíveis para os funcionários, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre o uso e as vantagens de cada um.
Garantir que todos os benefícios sejam oferecidos em conformidade com a legislação trabalhista vigente.
Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de gestão de benefícios para análise interna e tomada de decisões estratégicas.
Receber e solucionar reclamações ou solicitações de funcionários em relação aos benefícios.
Requirements
