Responsibilities
Provide support to users with a focus on technical-operational assistance and business-related inquiries;
Gather requirements and assist with specifications for customizations;
Perform version testing and validations during ERP updates;
Deliver user training and produce supporting materials;
Act as a Key User, assisting users with the tool's usability.
Requirements
Experience with ERP Protheus (TOTVS), especially the Contract Management module, including maintenance of different contract types, revisions, measurements, and report extraction;
Protheus – Contract Management module;
Protheus (desired) – modules such as Purchasing, Inventory/Cost, Billing, Tax, Finance, Fixed Assets, Human Resources (Personnel Management), and Managerial Accounting;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive problem-solving attitude;
Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative;
Ability to quickly absorb system knowledge and area processes;
Experience supporting internal customers;
Knowledge of contractual and administrative processes;
Previous experience in temporary or transition roles.
